Description: At Home ReBuilders the position of Project Manager is a management position overseeing the production of multiple projects. As Project Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the project, which include customer satisfaction, scheduling, budgets, productivity and team spirit. To support this position you must have a clear understanding of project management methods, as well as knowledge of the technical complexities of remodeling older homes. Skills should include blueprint reading, subcontracting, labor management, computerized scheduling, job costing, and experience in homeowner relations. Past owners of remodeling firms, construction graduates and commercial project managers with remodeling experience can succeed at this position. In all cases the candidate must be a team builder with high client empathy.
