For smaller projects where our clients know what they want and have a good idea of their selections and detail finishes, we can provide savings through our simplified Smart Plan Design+Build method.
You’ll meet with an account manager to describe the project. Home ReBuilders then prepares a definitive proposal including a quick plan, budget and scope of work at no charge.
Simple kitchens and baths, sunrooms, garages and small additions will typically meet the requirements for this new streamlined system. The basic steps of this plan are:
STEP 1
Call Home ReBuilders to talk about your ideas and determine if your project can be defined as a Smart Plan.
STEP 2
Meet a Home ReBuilders Account Manager to better define your scope of work. This meeting may be in your home or in our design center.
STEP 3
We’ll generate a simple sketch, description, and budget for your project, outlining any design costs to complete the plans.
STEP 4
We will present the “Smart Plan” proposal to you free of charge which includes a floor plan, scope of work, time line and costs.
STEP 5
If you decide to proceed to construction and executing the Design+Build agreement, Home ReBuilders will develop official plans, and dedicate a crew to start construction.
STEP 6
Apply for a permit.
STEP 7
Complete the plans and definition of the project, along with all selections.
STEP 8
Order any specialty materials into the warehouse so we can expedite the construction.
STEP 9
Start of Construction.
