Account Managers

As Account Manager you would be responsible for bringing new business into the firm, and managing both the design and construction process. This is a leadership role in which you are directly responsiblefor the client’s satisfaction and ultimate success of the project. You are the customer’s advocate and the company's ambassador. This position requires a technical understanding of remodeling needs and the process, as well as excellent interpersonal skills. Past owners of remodeling firms, engineers, and architects can succeed at this position.

Architects

As Architect with Home ReBuilders you would hold one of the primary positions of our firm. It will be your responsibility to interpret the client's needs and goals, survey the existing conditions, and produce detailed and creative drawings, while maintaining the client's budget. As a Design/Build firm your creative talents will be supported by our design studio and our production standards. You will use the latest in Auto-Cad techniques, as well as have access to our estimating and production department to ensure the buildability of your designs. The success of your design does not end in the completion of the drawings but rather in the successful completion of the renovation. For this reason your focus will be stretched beyond the design to the field where you will make periodic visits to ensure design interpretation, quality of construction and customer satisfaction. Candidates considering this position must have an Architectural degree and be registered or working towards registration. You must be a talented artisan with good interpersonal skills and a team player. We will educate you to our systems, standards and methods but you must have residential experience, and an understanding of the construction of older homes.

Architectural Interns

As an architect intern you will apprentice under the direction of our design team. Your architectural education will be supplemented by experience in the field producing as-built drawings and site surveys. In the office you will work with the latest in Auto-Cad technology, in helping to produce creative designs that meets our client’s needs.

As a draftsperson with Home ReBuilders you will work in the design studio to produce drawings as directed by the firm's architects. Here you will be exposed to and educated in the latest Auto-Cad techniques and studio standards. This position offers excellent training and growth potential for those that are creative, detailed and ready to learn and apply their talents Candidates must be educated in drafting and design and have residential detailing experience.

Accountant

As corporate accountant for Home ReBuilders, Inc. you will be pro-active in optimizing the efficiencies of each department. As such, you will use the latest in computer software to refine our accounting methods including Timberline job cost accounting, MS Access as well as custom report writers. In addition to a strong accounting background, the successful candidate must have a high-level of IT problem-solving ability, and strong interpersonal skills. Duties will include: payroll, A/P, A/R, monthly F/S and reporting, tax management, and departmental accounting in addition to systems development and implementation. Carpenters

As a Carpenter with Home ReBuilders you will either work on a project team or on a specialty team. This will depend upon the skills and aspirations of the individual. Carpentry candidates must have a truck and tools to support the position, with three or more years of residential carpentry experience. This person should be a diligent team player, who enjoys producing high quality workmanship.

Lead Carpenter

As Lead Carpenter with Home ReBuilders you will be responsible for the daily production of the renovation project. Your responsibilities will include the detailing, quality, efficiency, and cleanliness of each activity as well as meeting client's satisfaction. Your talents as a craftsman will bring the Architects details to life. As project Lead you will be responsible for the management and quality control of all subcontractors and Home ReBuilders crews on the project. You must therefore have a complete understanding of residential construction, particularly in the older Atlanta homes. Technical knowledge must include the ability to accurately read blueprints and lead teams. Truck and tools required. Once accepted into this position you will be trained on Home ReBuilders standards and methods. You will also receive training in the technical aspects of remodeling. This position reports to the Project Manager.

Production Manager

As Production Manager you will oversee the field operations for Home ReBuilders. Your greatest challenge will be to build and motivate teams in the Home Rebuilder’s way. This is a position of leadership and responsibility. It is both demanding and rewarding. You will be directly responsible for the hiring, training and motivation of teams of men and women. Your efforts will have a direct result on the client’s satisfaction, and on the health and profitability of our firm. To succeed at this position you must have the inherent ability to lead as well as the technical understanding of residential construction. Computerized scheduling and job costing experience preferred. Engineers, past remodeling firm owners, and experienced production managers are well suited to this position.

Project Manager

At Home ReBuilders the position of Project Manager is a management position overseeing the production of multiple projects. As Project Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of the project, which include customer satisfaction, scheduling, budgets, productivity and team spirit. To support this position you must have a clear understanding of project management methods, as well as knowledge of the technical complexities of remodeling older homes. Skills should include blueprint reading, subcontracting, labor management, computerized scheduling, job costing, and experience in homeowner relations. Past owners of remodeling firms, construction graduates and commercial project managers with remodeling experience can succeed at this position. In all cases the candidate must be a team builder with high client empathy.

Showroom Manager

The Showroom Manager position requires an organized and creative individual with a design background to develop and maintain all aspects of Home ReBuilders Showroom. These responsibilities include managing display products with existing vendors, developing relationships with new suppliers, and enhancing company sales. An integral focus of the Showroom Manager is to also target new markets in the Atlanta design community and increase awareness of product offerings. Client meetings regarding material selections are also a feature of this position. Skills and experience should include team management, interior/architectural design, sales, and strong client relationships. Kitchen and bath design experience also a plus.
