Every remodeling project is unique to its space, its selections of materials and certainly has its own custom decisions that need to be made. However a number of common decisions, materials and construction methods will always remain the same. We have taken basic kitchen and bath shapes of average size and created a general layout - that yes, will have to be modified to your exact dimensions. We have created a menu of materials and selections that will control the budget to deliver a low cost, quality project.

Will you be able to make changes? Yes.
Will it cost more? Depends on what the changes are. If you choose to upgrade your refrigerator or any of the preselected finishes, it will cost more. These plans offer you a straight forward project with quality selections, managed on a strict timeline for a great price point.
