Remodeling is a most challenging business. Not only is everything custom, but we build it in the client's home. Can you imagine if you purchased a new car and they showed up in your driveway for several weeks and built it out of metal stock and coils of wire, etc.? For this reason we at Home ReBuilders have developed a training program for our all our new employees.
Managers and leaders are educated in the art of project management, the Home ReBuilders way, and also the technical aspect of the job. Training is ongoing.
