Description: As Production Manager you will oversee the field operations for Home ReBuilders. Your greatest challenge will be to build and motivate teams in the Home Rebuilder’s way. This is a position of leadership and responsibility. It is both demanding and rewarding. You will be directly responsible for the hiring, training and motivation of teams of men and women. Your efforts will have a direct result on the client’s satisfaction, and on the health and profitability of our firm. To succeed at this position you must have the inherent ability to lead as well as the technical understanding of residential construction. Computerized scheduling and job costing experience preferred. Engineers, past remodeling firm owners, and experienced production managers are well suited to this position.
