Description: As Lead Carpenter with Home ReBuilders you will be responsible for the daily production of the renovation project. Your responsibilities will include the detailing, quality, efficiency, and cleanliness of each activity as well as meeting client's satisfaction. Your talents as a craftsman will bring the Architects details to life. As project Lead you will be responsible for the management and quality control of all subcontractors and Home ReBuilders crews on the project. You must therefore have a complete understanding of residential construction, particularly in the older Atlanta homes. Technical knowledge must include the ability to accurately read blueprints and lead teams. Truck and tools required. Once accepted into this position you will be trained on Home ReBuilders standards and methods. You will also receive training in the technical aspects of remodeling. This position reports to the Project Manager.
